Michael Collado was successful in securing a dismissal in favor of his client at an administrative hearing at the Department of Motor Vehicles.

At the hearing, which was ordered to determine whether the respondent refused to submit to a breath test following his arrest for Driving While Intoxicated,

Mr. Collado was able to persuade the Administrative Law Judge presiding that the chemical test refusal warnings which were provided to the motorist, as well

As a result, the proceedings were closed out in favor of the motorist, his license was fully reinstated and he avoided a $500 civil penalty.
