Azra Khan recently won an appeal in the Appellate Division, Second Department where we successfully overturned a Family Court Decision which granted a downward modification of a non-custodial parent’s child support obligation. The Appellate Division reinstated the original order on behalf of our client, the custodial parent, despite the findings of the Support Magistrate that the non-custodial parent lost his job.
